While often associated with exercise, I see Pilates as a practice of paying attention. An opportunity to better understand how we move, where we compensate, and how we can build strength without unnecessary tension.
My approach draws from both contemporary and classical Pilates, adapted to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all method.
Whether you are recovering from injury, navigating pregnancy, returning to movement, or simply looking to move and feel better in your body, sessions are tailored to meet you where you are.
