THIS IS TCI STORY… weaved into Mine
The Coconut Initiative was born during an unexpected pause.
In 2020, while travelling, I found myself stranded in the Seychelles for several months as the world came to a standstill.
What initially felt like uncertainty gradually became an opportunity to slow down, pay attention and reconnect with what mattered.
It was during that time that The Coconut Initiative emerged.
Since then, my path has taken me through Yoga, Pilates, breathwork and Zenthai Shiatsu, each offering a different way of exploring the relationship between body, mind and the rhythms of life.
Today, my work is guided by a simple curiosity:
How can movement, breath, touch and seasonal living help us navigate change with greater awareness?
Whether through a class, a private session or a workshop, my intention is not to provide answers, but to create space for observation, exploration and practice.
